Welcome to TriBeCa

Trendy, posh, and perfect for those with a big budget who seek a small community feel

Previously a string of warehouses during New York’s Industrial Revolution era, TriBeCa has quickly become the most sought-after zip code in Manhattan. This celebrity-tinged community is known for its historic buildings, cobblestone streets, family-friendliness, world-class dining, and strong neighborly spirit. The area’s quiet neighborhood streets and artistic feel are perfect for creatives, writers, actors, and musicians.

Local Lifestyle

TriBeCa residents appreciate the small-community feel of the neighborhood and it’s not uncommon to know many people in the area. Here, you’ll find peaceful alcoves and streets without massive crowds, favored by local artisans rather than tourists. With ample greenery and urban parks dappling the landscape, you’ll find it easy to relax in this corner of Manhattan.

Dining, Entertainment & Shopping

There is no shortage of fantastic places to eat in TriBeCa and some of the restaurants here are the hardest to get reservations at in New York.

Locanda Verde at The Greenwich Hotel is an absolute favorite by the locals, especially during the summer when you can sit outside as the sun goes down and take in the magic that is Manhattan at golden hour. Bubby’s Restaurant is a MUST for comfort food your grandmother used to make you and Greenwich Street Tavern is a local watering hole for watching sports and meeting up with friends. For a fancy night out, Nobu Restaurant is world-class sushi while The Odeon is a great French-American fusion eatery (a favorite of Andy Warhol!), and Marc Forgione is a buzzy hotspot for dim lighting and good food.

Brookfield Place will be your new home if you love to shop: J Crew, Theory, Club Monaco, Louis Vuitton, and DryBar all under one roof? Yes, please.
Things to Do
Any local will tell you that Hudson River Park is the neighborhood’s crown jewel and a popular place to picnic. Pier 25, part of Hudson River Park, includes a playground, volleyball courts, and an 18-hole miniature golf course. Docked at the end is Grand Banks, a historic wooden schooner with a renowned restaurant. Pier 26 is home to City Vineyard, an eating and wine spot, and a large section of the pier is scheduled to become an ecological habitat.

Every year, the TriBeCa Film Festival graces New York with some of the most up & coming independent films and some of the most promising directors, writers and actors as well.  Catching a film there is an absolute must for any Tribe resident!

For shopping, The Oculus is the premiere spot for all high-end and retail shopping and is a great spot for kids who want to try the VR experiences offered there. This is also the gateway to One World Trade Center.
